1) Serve as a liaison between the county coordinators and the researchers, if needed. (When there is a problem.)
2) Serve as the liaison between the county coordinators and the state coordinators, unless the problem is an unresolvable issue between the CC and the RC.
3) Serve as, or designate, a temporary back-up for the county coordinators (i.e., if a cc is gone for an extended period of time, or a cc resigns, etc.)
4) Check county pages periodically to make sure requirements are met.
5) Forward to the SC and ASC names of folks interested in becoming county coordinators.
6) Required to be subbed to the regional coordinator list, which will be used to discuss concerns and address problems.
7) Serve as a mentor for new county coordinators, helping as much as possible so that there is a fairly smooth transition from one cc to the next.
